01Which documents do I need?
Your original driving licence held for at least 2 years and your ID card or passport. The minimum age is 22.
02Is insurance included?
Yes. All our cars have comprehensive insurance, with a 20% excess for an accident you are responsible for.
03Is there a deposit?
A security deposit is requested on delivery; it matches the insurance excess. It is returned when you bring the car back.
04How do I pay?
Payment is made when signing the contract, in cash, by cheque or by card, against a signed and stamped receipt.
05Do you deliver to the airport or hotel?
Yes, anywhere in Morocco subject to accessibility: give the place in your request and the agency calls you back to set the time.
06What if the car breaks down?
We replace it with a car of the same category, free of charge if the breakdown is not caused by misuse.
07How many people can travel?
The insurance covers the driver and up to five people on board. A second driver can be added to the contract.
